Does any brake fluid work with the clutch as well? I'd like to do the alternating Super Blue and Motul to make visualization of a full flush easier. Clutches don't

Does any brake fluid work with the clutch as well? I'd like to do the alternating Super Blue and Motul to make visualization of a full flush easier. Clutches don't mind being blue, right?
