DIY: GTR Red Start-Stop Button Swap out

Just figured I'd ask.... Why has no one tried to relocate the start button to, say the hazard's location? would it not fit properly? I'm no good with wiring and you would think if it could be done someone already would have, I mean if they really want it to be like a GTR. I don't know what you would do with the fat hole thats now left button-less but it was just a thought.

If you were to get your console CF wrapped, I'm sure they could just not cut out the hole needed for it...

Would be pretty interesting to have this done. Especially for the 7AT guys if we could have the hazard button moved to the right (blank) slot. And have the on button there...

That would be really interesting to see now that I think about it a little more. All one would really have to do is cut the plug off, and run wires from the original hole, to the new location, and connect them to the same colors on the plug... Then make a new mount for the ring...
