Right, I finally got this working today. I've still not heard back from Navtool and have to give them 0 out of 100 for tech support. If I could give them less than zero I would.
In the end I got hold of the US & UK car wiring diagrams and remade the y shaped loom myself. I'm really pleased with the result. Like I said - nice product, just don't expect to hear from them once they have your money.
