Request: DIY Oil Pressure Gauge Install

It's a nice install you did but the Z interior is so nice I would have put it in another place such as the cup holder or in the storage

It's a nice install you did but the Z interior is so nice I would have put it in another place such as the cup holder or in the storage compartment where you connect your ipod. You actually don't need to see the air/fuel ratio every second therefore it would work well there.

First, I installed an oil pressure gauge, not an A/F gauge.

The whole idea of the oil pressure gauges is to know your oil pressure instantly at any time. Placing it in a cup holder, glove box, or anywhere except your line of site would really negate having it at all. If it suddenly goes to 0, I'll know immediately.

I do agree I'd like it to be more incognito (eg replace the clock or voltage in the three gauge cluster). But, I needed the functionality and peace of mind. So it is what it is.
