DIY: Valentine 1 HardWire (pix heavy)

I need some help. My radar is not turning on. I don't think it's the fuse since the cigarette outlet is working. Checked the phone cable and its good. Redid

I don't think it's the fuse since the cigarette outlet is working. Checked the phone cable and its good. Redid the ground wire. Tested the radar in another car and its fine. CANT GET IT TO TURN ON!!
