I love Auto Glymn products.
Their High Definition wax is fantastic.

Make sure you polish it well first...need to get out all the swirl marks and imperfections in order to have a good finish...which takes time and effort. I use a Porter Cable random orbital with different pads (foam/microfiber, cutting/polishing/finishing) with different products from Meguiars to Adams. For the final touch I've used Swisswax but its so expensive...I still have a lot left but I switched to Adams Sealant and I love it...easy to put on/buff and gives the PW a lot of depth and protection. Thats just IMO though...so many different products out there.

I use a liquid wax on my PW. One of the reasons I use it because i dont have to dodge anything and gets my black plastics/rubbers really black, hit the license plate and frame also. My car has a clear bra over the whole front, including the lights. I also liquid wax that too. I say, might as well...

Here's a video:

But dont get me wrong, the Meguiar's NXT is awesome... but on a dark car (my opinion) so I'm able to see what I hit and missed. And if I had an area where I can spend a couple hours cleaning the car. But I can't at my apartment complex (not allowed). Liquid wax is quick and can be applied anywhere/anytime, including direct sunlight.

Preserve Wax ftw!
Stay Fresh Car Care

Wax doesn't care what color your car is so please don't fall for those color wax scams!

What scam are you talking about? What I said is opinion because I have a PW and a darker colored car. It's very difficult to see on a PW what you hit and didnt hit with some white goop. I use the liquid wax because it doesn't descriminate what I hit or didnt hit. May not be the best on the market but best for me and my PW Z. I use the white goop on my other car.

Been an NXT user for years, but recently on a friend's advice and based on the appearance of his cars, I tried the Meguiars Ultimate Polish and Wax with the Meguiars clay bar treatment as the first step. I had never used a clay bar, and well, the results after using these three products as directed products on three of our cars so far is phenomenal.

Hey OP, I know that the wax I used on this car will give you the best shine that you could possibly have, way better than ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING mentioned in this thread. Just watch the video and see for yourself.

Bad title to "guess the wax", when it's a polish.
