I completely forgot about this thread because I haven't washed my car yet -___-

What is the proper procedure to apply wax? Wash your car and dry it with a microfiber cloth completely, THEN apply the wax? What about polish?

Sorry, I'm a noob at this. I usually just use soap and water..
