Is this ok to use with chrome wheels ? I think i may need some sort of polish for the chrome lip on my wheels. I was driving around for

Is this ok to use with chrome wheels ? I think i may need some sort of polish for the chrome lip on my wheels. I was driving around for awhile and then ran the car through a touchless car wash (i know bad move but i did) now there is some kind of stain/white flim on the lip of a few rims. Any idea what this is and what i can do ?
