how to remove someones door paint off my car?

Howdy, I have a 14 magnetic black 370z. Someone with a white car opened their door to my drivers side and left the scene i guess. So my question is,

Someone with a white car opened their door to my drivers side and left the scene i guess. So my question is, the area is very small, maybe 1/4 of a toothpicks length and about 2 toothpicks width of white paint on my clear coat. Is there a way for me to take it off without having to take it to a pro detail or me detailing it by using a high speed buffer? No dent luckily My370zpearl likes this.
