Most major insurance companies will drop you the instant you declare engine mods, -some for far less.
You will need to search for a "High Risk Insurer", who would be willing to provide you with coverage. IIRC, there was a company named "Facility".. Don't quote me on that.

Or like most, you can take the chance and say nothing.. In which case the Insurer has every right to deny any and all claims.
-This could be very bad in a situation where there is potential for death or severe injury.
