Mine is a 2010 model. Dizzy, if you get the software updated it is supposed to fix the issue you are having with people not being able to hear you.

Dizzy, if you get the software updated it is supposed to fix the issue you are having with people not being able to hear you. I think this is the real reason they are sending this letter out, like the reason behind the reason. Actually, I just saw an old US TSB bulletin about it that says the same thing. Check it out under TSB area. Take it in and let me know if it fixes the issue. |
