well im glad im in..lol. A tour could pay off my bike/credit card or put a nice down payment on a house. if im lucky and get 2 tours in before we leave i can put a huge payment on my car

actualy mines asleep at the base until i get back..lol. But i got alot of work to do, i have so much body damage, i hate edmonton for that...people dont pay attention...i never had any damage in 2 years of driving my cobalt in halifax. Own the 370z for 5 months and its so messed up. Front bumper will have to be replaced to get to looking like new, dent in driver door, dent in quater panel, right before i left for vancouver someone hit my rear bumper in a parking lot and didnt leave any info so thats all scratched to hell.

Better yet, take it with you to Afghanistan! No police, speed limits, radar... oh wait... those pesky IED's.....

At least you would not worry about all the body damage anymore!

how would i explain that to my insurence company "so i decided to drive my 370z in afghanistan and i ran over a IED, will you cover it?

i know this got way off topic of the thread but oh well. Dont have to worry about IED's my WO just asked me if i wanted a posting to gagetown, since me and my gf are from halifax and the fact we hate edmonton....i accepted. Very high chance of me getting my PLQ and promoted now. I wonder if my nitrous kit will cause my car to fail safety inspections...lol

Gagetown! Yikes! I'd rather go to afghanistan... And I'm on PLQ starting this morning! Good luck with your posting, I am sure you will do well. I think I am on a TAV back to the FOB in March for 20 days...

Gagetown, huh? I know the base chief there. BTW, where do you do your plq? Is it in Shiloe? If it is, that's where I took mine.
