This noise is due to the actaul backing plate/dust cover rubbing the rotor. Thats why you also hear it more when Turning. Had the same issue with my Z. Took it to dealer to get it replaced. Other side started same issue. I just bent that one back enough with a screw driver to where it wouldn't rub.
