I've used drilled rotors for years and never had an issue with drilled rotors. I have only seen that issue if someone was pulling a heavy load with a diesel truck had drilled rotors. In that case, I would opt for standard rotors and add an exhaust brake.

I've seen it often. Here is a recent one I saw at a local car show on a gt3 rs
