swift and spl parts + spacers question?

Can someone else chime in? I feel like a retard, I have 2 people saying I'm wrong, but I keep looking back and I'm 100% sure I'm right, lol

DE is correct. The lockouts go on the eccentric that the SPL arms are on. You are locking out the stock adjustment point "eccentric bolt" and using the adjustability of the SPL arm. The toe arm "spring bucket arm" still needs adjustability until replaced.
