Ive been wrenching on various cars for 15 years, GM, Hondas, Subaru, Jeeps, etc and I've never not been able to use a low profile set of spring compressors to put a spring on a shock/strut. I gave up last night, after fully compressing the compressors while they were grabbing 3 rows of coils on the springs. They will be going to a shop today to be installed using a press. I was a bit surprised to only have seen that mentioned 1 thread about the Pro-Kit (after the fact), that you either have to try to "rig" the installation, but installing the top hat to the top of the shock tower first (no thanks), then guiding the bottom of it through - or you do it the right way and have the springs pressed in and assembled.
