A few suspension/brake related concerns plz help

I'm on stock potenzas right now. Rotors turned/resurfaced is wat I was thinking. And the toe issue Is a good idea but I did just have it serviced recently and

I'm on stock potenzas right now. Rotors turned/resurfaced is wat I was thinking. And the toe issue Is a good idea but I did just have it serviced recently and it came with a tire rotation and balance. Would they have also adjusted the Alignment

Tire rotation and balance is different from an alignment. Unless you specifically asked for an alignment and/or paid for one, then my guess is that they didn't check the alignment. Also different machines for both processes, so most likely they didn't do it.
