In general: Set both to full soft(0). Add 2 clicks of compression Drive it, and butt dyno. Add 2 more clicks and butt dyno again until compression is "too stiff"

In general:
Set both to full soft(0). Add 2 clicks of compression Drive it, and butt dyno. Add 2 more clicks and butt dyno again until compression is "too stiff" Then back 1 or 2 clicks out till butt dyno is happy. Now add 1-2 clicks of Rebound and butt dyno again. Always do compression first.
