Default Rear left side is 3/4" lower and tire has 1/4" less side clearance to fender

After installing new tires, I was measuring the fender clearance so I could buy the right size spacers. I noticed the rear left side had 1/4" less room than the rear right. So I measured the height and I discovered that they are 3/4" different in height.
The floor is leveled and I did parked the car in the opposite direction just to confirm it.
I'm not a fat *** and the front of the car is actually perfectly leveled.
Tank is full and all tires have the same pressure.
I don't really remembered hitting any pot holes.
I'm thinking on taking to the dealer. They reassembled my rear suspension and rear axles about 6 weeks ago trying to eliminate the famous metal click sound.
Also, I haven't have my car aligned for quite some time, so I'm wondering if I should try that first.
Has anyone experienced something like this before?
Any thoughts?
Thank you for the help.

Lol. OP said he was not extreme on the BMI.

Just see what happens after a few hundred miles. I don't think its a big deal other than you're more planted turning left.

Hahaha! No, I'm not that large. I'm 6'1" and 200lbs. Not small but I don't think it's enough for such a difference.
Plus it's only on the back
The front is perfectly leveled
I'll measure again after a few hundred miles.
I wonder if the guys that do alignments would catch that...
