unless its taller than your front bumper, run over that bish. Most times you find that you will actually do less damage that way... had i swerved below, I prolly

OP sorry about the accident. Glad you're ok. Sure it is covered by your insurance and should be good as new. There's more to it than the photo you showed so let the shop figure it out. Lot's to inspect before final work can be done. Good luck.
