The Nismo pads are pretty incredible, very few 370Zs with Sports Pkg came out of the factory with them (mine did). They dust like f*cking hell, but they are very resistant to fade and bite tremendously, yet very smoothly. I can't say the same about other more aggressive pads out there offered on other cars. The braking system is definitely a strong point of the 370Z - that much is certain.
