Not trying to revive this thread but just add information for future readers.
These came up in a discussion I was having with a pretty knowledgeable individual. The PSS10s are adjustable, however the adjustment valves only have a noticeable affect on the high speed damping, which is not ideal by any means and for all intents and purposes makes the adjustment largely useless.
