How many quart of brake fluid?

I would like to bleed my ABS, you can't when there is no pressure from gravity bleed

Nope and you can't do it by foot either,you will have to get the consult 3 to lock open all the valves then bleed it.

let me know how much they charge to do that.

That's what the 13psi does, it opens the ABS valve. No foot required either.
