Anyone know how much brake fluid it take to flush the system?

For most cars I have owned....Usually 1 liter is enough, but I prefer to have 1.5 liter on hand. It is better to not use that last bottle than need it.

I have not replaced the fluid in the 370 yet.

It takes just under 1L for me. I alternate between ATE Blue/Gold so I can tell when the new fluid has made its way through the system so that I'm not wasting too much.

Thanks for the info. I have 1.5 liters, should do the trick.

A full system flush will require at least 2 .5L bottles. I always keep 3 bottles at the ready as most times it's needed.

How can you tell when the stock fluid is gone? I just did my clutch and brakes with 1 bottle of 600 but I syphoned the old stuff out first.

Hard to tell unless the old stuff was a different color (like more brown), or if you are lucky enough to still have ATE Superblue. Mine took just over a bottle but I also bled the crap outta it.

Once I topped her of after a trip into town (about 50 miles or so) total used between the brakes and clutch was about 750mls. Made a huge difference in clutch pedal smoothness. Thanks!
