I just took a look at my Koni Yellows looks like neither of the washers were flush, but I've driven on them for a couple weeks and don't see any

I just took a look at my Koni Yellows looks like neither of the washers were flush, but I've driven on them for a couple weeks and don't see any leaks... Is the leaking oil quite noticeable? And I'm assuming this issue only affects the fronts?
