wow you made it to 41k with stock brakes? my rotors are warping already at 19k.
anyways z1motorsports has a brake combo for $578, which includes rotors, pads, brake fluid, and ss brake lines. my mechanic said he could change it all out for me for $140 i believe. so total comes out to around $720.

I put warped in quotes because in reality you aren't warping them, you are leaving uneven deposits. Either way you turn em on a lathe or replace. OP: You can price out pads and fluid +/- rotors yourself. A shop will probably charge around the same there for the mateirals, then add in 1.5 hours of labour (at 60-70/hr), and add maybe 45 to change the brake fluid and 50 to turn the rotors if you think they need it. Note that in my opinion the OEM pads are overpriced and crap. Personally, I've only changed my brakes myself and with an impact gun it might <10 minutes a side. I get free pads and fluid. I replace rotors and pads with my "race" ones before I go to the track and have probably swapped them out a half dozen times. I know that's not an exact $ quote but might help you some. As others have said, I'd do it yourself. It's quite easy.
