Anyone have pictures of spacers on stock springs?

Well, stock springs and shocks. Seeing as Swift springs are always on backorder lol, I was thinking of doing my spacers 1st. Tia, Greg

I don't have any pictures, but there should be a bunch of them out there. I've seen it in person and it gives you a flush look at stock height.

If you are going to drop anyway, just go ahead and get the spacers you want installed now.

I have 15mm front and 20mm rear. I just removed my Tanabes and went back to a stock set-up because of clearance issues. That being said, the look with the spacers isn't affected.

After installing my spacers, I got some Nismo rims. The rears stick out too far for me. I am going to go down to 10mm in the rear.

My point is drop or no drop, my rears still stick out too far for my taste. When I had my Sport 19" Rays, the offset was perfect.

There are two threads in the DIY section of front and rear spacer installation with pictures included.

i think 15/10 (F/R) would look most ideal on stock suspension stock 19's. (ET32/20)
will need to use stud replacement type spacers.

15/15 looks good too, but pushing the narrow looking RE050A's on the rear imho.

Yes it was yer pics that made me ask the question lol. I wasnt sure if you were on a drop so I looked at yer profile and didnt see any coils or springs so I felt I should ask anyways.

Now that I was yers with the sports, I will go ahead and get spacers 1st. Thx all!

IMO, I think yer nismos look fine with the spacers on.

Here are two pictures. #1 is stock (two days after purchase). The second is after my drop on Tanabes and the 15mm (front) and 20mm (rear) spacers with Sport Rays. Looking back at it now, I could have gone another 5mm front and back. I have NO rubbing issues with my Nismo rims right now.

Now that I have the Nismo rims, I'm going to leave the front alone and go down to 10mm on the rear. That will place the outside edge of the tire approximately 10mm from the fender lip. That way, the tread is still under the fender, but the sidewall/rim face pokes out just a bit.

This a shot of the spacers on the sport Rays with no drop. 15mm front and 20mm rear, stock tires.

You can definitely go 25 on the rear with the Swifts and even 20 on the fronts. The added camber from the drop will keep the wheels tucked.

after Swift installation:

imo, if you're going with swifts, you need to go with at least 20 in the front. the little bit of camber brings in the top of the front several mm and it does make a difference when it comes to how flush with the fender it sits.

i went with 20f/25r on my swifts and I wish now that i went 25 all around.

The front is a little less forgiving for tire clearance though. I think I will stick with the 15's in front...!

Out of curiosity, if you were to go 20r/15f on stock springs, would your camber be affected enough to cause uneven tire wear?

I just had swifts installed on 20/25's. I am really thinking about buying 25's for the front now. 20's up front are not flush anymore.
