im also experiencing the same problem. while braking my car vibrates and screeches sometimes. im guessing its uneven wear on the rotor. can't decide whether to just get new rotors/pads or go get it resurfaced. im at 17500 miles btw. how many miles are you at?

I had my rotors/pads/fluid/lines upgraded at 30k and my pads still looked brand new. The rotors looked fine as well.

Just make sure that if you are doing something (on a track) that you don't heat up the rotors, then let them cool down too quickly. (Park the car in the rain) That's what will cause it to warp. If you feel this, go take it back out to heat them up then let them cool naturally, should help and prevent a $XXX dealer bill or replacement cost.

The difference here could only come from yours being Nismo pads which I'm assuming are going to be different from base model pads?

I figured so as well. I thought pads were one of those things you inspected every 25k and probably replaced. When they swapped mine at 30k to Posiquiets, my stockers still looked brand new.

Discs don't really warp, they just get build ups on them. You take away their effectiveness when you start shaving them down. Get some quality pads and scrub them in properly, that should cure it.

Turned for $130? Auto parts stores here will do them for like $15/rotor, sometimes less in cash off the books .
