I would start with soft up front and middle rear and adjust on the rear from there.

So you're saying the hole closest to the ends on the front and middle hole on the rear bar?

Yep. Thats probably a good generic starting point. Each car is going to be different depending on the rest of your setup/tires/track/etc.
