Anyone have a table or spreadsheet comparing stiffness of stock, nismo, and aftermarket sways including sizes and weight?

This is very true. I may swap back the stock front bar next year after driving around with the front Hotchkis bar disconnected for a while. Much easier to get a little loose.

No, no need to completely disassemble the exhaust. Taking the exhaust off of the rear hangers gives you just enough space to wiggle the sway bars in. It's a bit of a PITA but it is doable. I have the Berk CBE as well.

So many people ruin the dynamics of their car installing those bars

Hotchkis front bar is too much unless you are willing to run 3.5+ degrees of camber up front, and even then it's questionable for how most drive.

As with any suspension mod...if you don't know why you are doing it, don't.
