Front upper arms

After tallking to Kinetix on the phone, and taking several pictures of my setup, Kinetix is now making new balljoints for me. The ones they are currently making are made of aluminum, and the ones they are making are steel. They are going to triple check the machine work/tolerances. They said that they havent had any other issues with the ball joints and have sold about 2 dozen front upper arms. But they want to fix whatever problem im having. So once i recieve the new Ball joints, Ill be sending the defective one (plus the good one) back to them so they can go over everything. All in all, Kinetix has been very helpful and want to make it right. There are quite a few companies who would not go to this extent.
