Front upper arms

Im currently running Kinetix Front upper arms. I havent put 3k miles on them yet, and have gone through two ball joints already. What are some other options? Ive seen SPC's arm's but am wondering if SPL or Powertrix may have something yet? I am currently sitting on Swift springs also...I wouldve loved to keep the stock arms but I dont believe there is any adjustability with them.

I've got the SPC arms. They have been on for a year with lots and lots of track miles on them with no problem. SPL only makes rear stuff right now, but since I actually bought Eibach rebranded SPC parts, I figured they were high enough quality.

Had SPC here too for a long time and no issues.

my alignment shop told me kinetix is junk and to stay away from it. They deal mostly with track cars at this particular shop.

SPC has been solid for me too, plenty of miles on them. Only catch is you have to torque the lock nut far tighter than they recommend or they will slip out of alignment under track conditions or possibly even a pot hole.

People with spc front arms, do you have noise issues from the arms hitting the car? How much more do you need to torque the nut so it doesn't loosen.

I've had a couple of situations where they have hit. But it was from some harsh dips. Which my car could probably have a little more travel in the suspension.

Mine haven't hit anything that I'm aware of. The spec calls for 120 lb-ft, but it's probably closer to 150-160 lb-ft before it stayed put. Just be careful as it is a low profile lock nut and easy to round off if you slip.

mine haven't hit anything that I know of either. Front was a little off at last alignment though.

After tallking to Kinetix on the phone, and taking several pictures of my setup, Kinetix is now making new balljoints for me. The ones they are currently making are made of aluminum, and the ones they are making are steel. They are going to triple check the machine work/tolerances. They said that they havent had any other issues with the ball joints and have sold about 2 dozen front upper arms. But they want to fix whatever problem im having. So once i recieve the new Ball joints, Ill be sending the defective one (plus the good one) back to them so they can go over everything. All in all, Kinetix has been very helpful and want to make it right. There are quite a few companies who would not go to this extent.
