My thoughts are correct, you just remove the spring from the control arm and install. I called ksport to verify. He mentioned that they haven't updated their site and that is why the 370z is not listed. I did pm thmotorsports (nick) and appoloize.
For the way they set it up I was also correct (after looking and studying) and it is to make the suspension stronger for track use so like MUST mentioned in a PM to me (....creating a formitable track car....) he was correct. Thursday (your wenesday night/early morning) i'll be doing the install and posting up a review of fitment and feel. To break it in ill only set the dampening to 18 (36way).
