So after about 400 miles on these springs, I have concluded they are awesome. Smooth. Hardly any stiffer than OEM. And yet handle notably sharper and better. I hit a mean bump in the road today...I guess the group of as*holes who cut a chunk out in the middle of the road through it wasn't necessary to warn drivers there was a sharp bump.
When I hit it, I was surprised how well the springs absorbed the impact - it was just a solid thud and not the kind where you feel like your head has been smacked by a hammer. Very happy I went this route. I'm going to have to trim the plastic below the bumper just a tad more, but otherwise nothing beats this spring. |
