I'm jealous... there was barely any progress with my car (even took the day off to sort it out). My car was dropped off at a shop last Thurs. after completing the body repair to get the clear bra installation, but they never touched it for several days. So they rushed the job yesterday morning and the car arrived at my dealer after 9:30AM, but the tech was busy working on another car. An hour later he removed wheels and, I transported them to a wheel shop. They finished my wheels around 2:30PM, and the all that's done on my car when I left was 1 spring that needed to be taken out to put the rubber sleeve on. Hopefully I get the car back today... it has been nearly a month without the Z. Imagine the labor cost of putting on new springs, brake rotors, pads, lines, fluid. Gotta get them overtime hours haha. [sigh] |

Here are some pics with mine installed after a day so far. I'm liking the stance right now but might put a 10mm spacer up front in the future. These are the perfect drop for me, anything lower and I won't be able to drive anywhere lol

The drop looks great- the front definitely needs to come out. I think you should add spacers to the front and rear to really flush them out.

Car came back from service after getting some work done. I was told that toe is good, but they couldn't get the camber and caster adjusted the way they wanted and recommended I come back with a camber kit. Initial impression from driving a few miles is that the ride quality is not degraded, and it feels stock. I haven't scraped anything going up and down the driveway. In fact, I used to scrape the exhaust cans every once in awhile with the stock springs and thinner tires (285/30). I need to double check steering range with the drop and fatter tires. The FI exhaust can is about 3" off the ground.
Below are previews of the current look... higher quality pictures after getting the headlights modded, lip installed, etc. Before http://www.the370z.com/members/digit...158-motion.jpg Preview http://www.the370z.com/members/digit...es-preview.jpg Front Left http://www.the370z.com/members/digit...camber-kit.jpg Front Gap (A few hours after settling in) http://www.the370z.com/members/digit...-few-hours.jpg Rear Left http://www.the370z.com/members/digit...camber-kit.jpg Rear Gap (A few hours after settling in) http://www.the370z.com/members/digit...-few-hours.jpg |

So far the adjusted rear camber is -2.6 deg for the left and -2.5 deg for the right. The front camber is -1.6 deg for the left and -1.5 deg for the right. I'm told the car is drivable, but it will eat tires if I don't get a camber kit. |
I'm planning to get aligned probably next week so we'll see. Right now it doesn't look like it has as much negative camber as yours but I'm hoping they can get it back into spec. I think if I can get in the -1 degree range, I'll be happy and probably won't get a camber kit lol

Just to be on the save side im thinking of getting some front & rear camber kit for the swift spring i'll be installing once they arrived. Was wondering who's out there selling the SPC front & rear kit with a good offer?

My springs came in last night, YES, going to install them on saturday.
