so whats this all gonna cost. assuming my coils are about 1000 + install, then camber kit=?+install, + allignment

Depending on how low you go you may not need the rear camber kit. I managed to get my rear camber to within spec with the stock adjusters.
Front camber arms are $400 ish, don't remember exactly. They were an easy install and can be done DIY by eyeballing the camber and then driving to an alignment shop. Install time < 1h. Sway bars are also < $400 and another fairly easy DIY. Install time 2h on the garage floor, 1h on a lift.
