No, there is no coilover available with camber adjustments for the 370Z.
The description where you read that was a generalization... A lot of applications that BC Racing Suspension makes coilovers for are able to be equipped with the front upper camber adjustments like you are seeing in the picture.... unfortunately the 370Z is not available with camber adjustments. Its physically impossible to have camber adjustments on the coilover on a 370Z, G37, 350Z, G35 etc. To get front camber adjustments in the front of a 370Z you will need an adjustable front upper control arm.
