Problem with front SPC camber kit...help needed

It's totally normal. The kit was designed like that, so the install is okay. All you could do is glue a piece of rubber where the bolt on the camber

It's totally normal. The kit was designed like that, so the install is okay.
All you could do is glue a piece of rubber where the bolt on the camber arm smashes into the fender. That's the only way to reduce noise.
