SPC toe bolt? Do i need to enlarge the hole so it would fit? Because from what i've heard the stock toe bolt is smaller than the SPC toe bolt

Because from what i've heard the stock toe bolt is smaller than the SPC toe bolt which means i would have to drill the hole bigger? Am i right or wrong?
