Long as the raised tab is good on both sides. It's usable. Tap down any raised areas between the tabs. You might have to grind some metal at the top.

Long as the raised tab is good on both sides. It's usable. Tap down any raised areas between the tabs. You might have to grind some metal at the top. When it's being adjusted. Looks like it's hitting the one spot. After alignment. You can do a couple of spot welds around the washer to hold it.
