I have had luck with this stuff on that plug/bolt on another project car in the past. Keep in mind you'll probably have to drain the PS fluid and brake

I have had luck with this stuff on that plug/bolt on another project car in the past. Keep in mind you'll probably have to drain the PS fluid and brake clean the threads in the rack as well as the plug/bolt.
