KW customer service

When I wrecked my car, one my V3's got destroyed. I called KW this morning and was able to purchase the spring, spring perch and strut directly from them. I just got tracking info from them. It'll be delivered tomorrow. Oh yeah, free shipping also. How's that for customer service.

It's also nice to be able to go directly to the manufacturer and be treated so well. I think he felt sorry for me when I told him my car currently has BC coilovers on it .

Congratulations this is the first positive comment I have heard about them in a long time. If you are on a budget the BC coilovers are not that bad but they are not the best for a little more coin you can get better coilovers.
