Cannot bleed rear caliper... help?

I used to find the bleeders full of crap. I just drilled them out. Every once in awhile. I had to replace one. Used to find alot of screwed up

I just drilled them out. Every once in awhile. I had to replace one. Used to find alot of screwed up new replacement parts.
