My car start making knocking sound when turning left with frequency following car speed. Both audible on low or high speed. Checked at local garage and all joints, lower/upper arms,

Both audible on low or high speed. Checked at local garage and all joints, lower/upper arms, suspension seems to be fine. Rack also seems fine. Could it be axle problem?
