Clicking noise when turning

My car start making knocking sound when turning left with frequency following car speed. Both audible on low or high speed.

Checked at local garage and all joints, lower/upper arms, suspension seems to be fine. Rack also seems fine.

Could it be axle problem?

Could be one of the axle stub nuts needs tighten up. There are threads on here on how to do it. ;)

Original wheels/tires or wider wheels/tires? Tire could be hitting fender liner. Mine does this when turning sharply with wider front wheels.

Apologize for long absence. Been crazy busy with work.

@Rusty, Will check on the Axle nuts (hopefully thats it!).

@Ape Factory, Tires and Rims are original specs. I used to run oversized rim/tires on other car and this is not fender rubbing sound.
