Default Rear camber?

Alright so i got an alignment yesterday and it didnt go as planned. a good friend of mine did it, so i was there the whole time. After spending 30 minutes trying to get my car on the rack, we couldn't get my rear camber less than -2.5 without throwing the toe off. I wanted -1.2 rear camber :/
Im lowered like 3 inches maybe and have rear SPC camber arms and Tow bolts. What am i missing to bring my camber in?

Lowered 3" maybe too much for the parts you have for adjustment. Just a thought. And being lowered by 3". What parts of the chassis doesn't scrap?

You still have a bunch of parts that probably need replacing: traction arms, midlinks, control arms, etc. Search is your friend.
