Parts needed to do complete base to sport brake swap

Please remind me what parts you need to go from base brake to sport brakes?

#1 2 front sports rotors
#2 2 front sports brake calipers
#3 2 front sports brake line (the rubber ones? is hte hard one the same)
#4 Rotor shield (optional)
#5 2 rear sports brake rotors
#6 2 rear sports brake calipers
#7 2 rear sports brake line (the short rubber one only?
#8 F & R brake pads

I am trying to put a kit together, thanks

You've basically got it all just be sure the type of rotors you get fit your needs. Personally I wouldn't recommend cross drilled rotors due to cracking. Instead you could rely on the slotted rotors they tend to be used more in racing than cross drilled. They both have their ups and downs so do the HW and figure which convinces you best.

Also might want to consider the brands some brands are better recommended for our cars than others for example the Stillen rotors. As for the braking mechanism you'd want to ensure that you have at the least a dual piston braking system not a single piston, triple could be used but for daily driven I don't think it's a necessity.
And lastly you could also install a brake cooling kit which runs a pair of hoses from your fangs straight to the brakes and allows much more efficient cooling.
As for the pads just find some nice ceramic racing pads

You don't need banjo bolts if you save yourself the trouble and just get upgraded SS lines. I used Z1's stainless steel threaded lines on my upgrade and it was plug and play. It comes with all four lines and the brackets to connect the lines to your strut, etc. to keep the lines secured.

Outside of lines, you'll need to make sure the calipers you have come with the pins and brackets to hold the pads in. If you order new pads, it should come with it.

You'll use your OEM bolts to bolt up the calipers. Front rotors go right on; rear dust shields will need trimming.

Brake fluid, obviously

Just a question but I'm about to change my brakes too. I already have the rotors, pads and brake lines. What I want to know is which brake fluid to get and how many bottles to buy?

Motul RBF 600 and 2 bottles should do the job.

I used 2 bottles of Motul 5.1. I was recommended to get 5.1 since the car sees daily driving, spirited driving, but no track days.

Don't screw with the banjo bolts; they are just a potential leak point. Get the Z1 non-premium SS brake lines and avoid the headache.
