I have a similar issue with mine. I don't remember the model, but it's right under the club racers. The noise is barely there but it's enough to be annoying

I have a similar issue with mine. I don't remember the model, but it's right under the club racers. The noise is barely there but it's enough to be annoying and cause some concern, however, I just live with it. Your pads don't retract when you're not braking, they simply get pushed off from the rotors by the rotor rotation and lack of pressure from the pistons so some scraping is understandable.
