Can I simply remove the BOSE subwoofer from the spare tire and still continue utilizing the other Bose components?

I already have the wire harness from Crutchfield that allows the Bose to work with an aftermarket headunit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Yes you can. but you will soon learn that you should replace the bose components as your system as your subs will over power them and you will need amplified power for your components.
