Pioneer Bluetooth Mic Improvement, any idea?

How about a different mic? A while back, I had the same problem with the mic that came with my head unit; cheapest junk that could be classified as a mic. I ordered an aftermarket (pricey) Sony mic and it was a hundred percent improvement.

That may very well fix the issue- the one that comes with the unit isn't exactly high quality.
